  • I agree that Heartstring Designs may charge my credit card each month. This agreement is valid for six months with automatic renewal unless I confirm otherwise in writing. I understand that my payment will process on the 1st of each calendar month and be sent by the 15th. I will receive an email notice on the 25th of each month with the contents of the coming program shipment. I understand that emails are unreliable. If I do not receive an email, I will need to go to www.heartstringdesigners.com to view the upcoming shipment. I will have six days to send an email reply to Heartstring Designs notifying them if I wish to defer my monthly shipment. If Heartstring Designs doesn’t receive my notice, I will receive shipment of my package. During the six month subscription, I can defer shipment three times. This agreement is good for the subscription period with an automatic renewal unless I confirm otherwise in writing.

* By agreeing to these terms you have agreed to have the selected product kit shipped to you each month by the 15th and have your credit card charged by appropriate fee plus shipping and handling. The current month's product will be posted on the website http://www.heartstringdesigners.com by the 25th of the previous month. You will have 5 days to review the product and decline the product prior to shipment. Once the product is shipped normal refund policies will apply. Heartstring Designs will refund any unopened product in like new condition that is returned within 10 days of shipment. If product is opened or used in any way we will not accept the return. Shipping and handling will not be refunded on any returned product.
